As part of the RCA Coach Education (NCCP) program, the Alberta Rowing Association offers workshops in both the RCA Learn to Row pathway and the RCA Coach pathway.

Best suited for: Coaches interested in working with beginner rowers who are in the Learn to Train stage of LTAD. People in this stage could be in introductory programming offered to Youths, High Schools, Kids Camps, or adult Learn to Row courses.

Best suited for: Coaches interested in working with intermediate rowers who are in the Train to Train and early Learn to Compete stages of LTAD. These athletes would have some rowing experience. They could include High School, University, Club, or Masters athletes who are preparing to compete in regional and provincial events.
